Eco-Mardi Gras: Cancer Corner Inside a hearing room in a small courthouse in rural Louisiana off the Mississippi River. The subject is the proposed controversial Formosa Chemical Plant to be constructed in the middle of a small black community. The area is known as "cancer corner" with high incidents of lung cancer & highly toxic plants, dumping pollutants in the Mississippi River and air. Scenes of a toxic march spearheaded by the Gulf Coast Tenents Association dedicated to the rights of black minorities. 30 min
